Jenna Rowan is an attorney in DLA Piper’s Intellectual Property and Technology group and she practices in the area of trademark, copyright and media.

Jenna focuses her practice on trademark and copyright litigation in federal court and proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  In addition to litigation, Jenna provides intellectual property counseling on trademark and copyright matters.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Jenna worked in intellectual property and entertainment law, focusing primarily on music and copyright litigation.  Jenna also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Allison E. Accurso at the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division.  Jenna received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School where she served as a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.  She is the author of “Equal Protection for Equal Pay: A Constitutional Solution to Gender Discrimination in International Sports,” 20 Vand. J. Ent. & Tech. 919 (2018).
