  • Advising a leading international financing institution on a cross-border financing of logistics real estate with comprehensive real estate due diligence, including private and public building law.
  • Advising an international investor on the acquisition of a multinational onshore windportfolio in the context of due diligence.
  • Advising IHG Hotels and Resorts on hotel leases, owner agreements, hotel management and franchise agreements, development and refurbishments projects for all brands. 
  • Advising GLP on commercial tenancy law, property management and all items relating to the construction and operation of rooftop solar systems regarding the German assets of the international logistics portfolio.
  • Advising Catella Real Estate AG on commercial tenancy law and property management as well as public building law questions.
