Monika Gulyas is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group with a practice focused on estate and family law matters. She represents clients and assists senior counsel in court and alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
Monika’s estate practice involves wills variation claims, validity and capacity issues in relation to wills and trusts, removal and replacement of personal representatives, debt and common law trust claims, and passing accounts. Her family law practice includes matters pertaining to asset division, support, and drafting and advising on family law agreements.
Monika joined DLA Piper as an articled student in 2021 and became an associate in 2022.
