In-house seminar in relation to the new Books 1 and 5 of the Civil Code On 1 January 2023, Books 1 and 5 of the new Civil Code entered into force. They entail a complete recodification of Belgian contract law. We are organising an in-house seminar to provide an overview of the key areas of impact for contract practices. Special attention will be paid to how best to manage the entry into force and its transition regime.

The seminar will take place on 16 March at our offices in Brussels and will be held in Dutch.
