This year has witnessed a swathe of headline making cyber-attacks worldwide with no current sign of any downturn. Ransomware, encryption and data exfiltration remain popular methods used by adversaries. No business sector or organisation is immune unfortunately.

During our event James McGachie and Patricia Taylor from DLA Piper’s cybersecurity practice alongside Nortal’s Head of Cyber Risk, Craig Kennedy, will share insights on the latest trends in cyber-attacks from around the world, including the uptick in both business interruption and data exfiltration incidents.

We will consider the importance of cyber assurance and resilience and how businesses should prepare to protect themselves from the menace of cyber adversaries. We will also provide perspectives on effective incident response and how to manage the consequences of a breach.
