Book Launch Networking Reception

Celebrating the launch of our “Negotiating Technology Contracts, Second Edition” publication, we would be delighted if you would join us at a drinks reception on 3 October in our London office.

This latest version of our market leading book provides a practical, cross-sector, commercial guide to negotiations without a heavy focus on “black letter law”.  It explains the perspectives of both sides of the negotiating table on a clause-by-clause basis, clearly setting out the key points each party will want to protect – and why – while also offering suggestions as to what they may be willing to concede or compromise upon.
