2024 Global Women's Leadership Summit

The DLA Piper Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW) hosted the 2024 Global Women’s Leadership Summit, September 18-20, 2024 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our aspiration for the Summit is to innovate, inspire, and encourage meaningful connections, share industry best practices, and encourage exceptional professional and personal development across our platforms and areas of knowledge. 

Our theme, “Leading Modern Teams,” was woven throughout the program. Presenters provided key insights on how to effectively build and lead modern teams in the current workplace, focusing on fostering cohesive teams, creating trust, and embracing collaboration. We explored different styles and tactics, dove into case studies, and learned strategies for applying results-driven principles for leading today’s modern workforce.

DLA Piper’s Leadership Alliance for Women works to advance our firm’s global competitive edge by developing and promoting women lawyers and maximizing their opportunities for business development and leadership. LAW facilitates internal networking and the flow of information among women lawyers and supports them in successfully managing their practices in a large law firm environment.
