Establishing a new normal
Diversity and Inclusion Update (New Zealand)The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted. It dislocated. It damaged. But we saw resilience, we saw agility, we saw community. Around the world, DLA Piper colleagues Zoomed, Teamed and Skyped from home (even if the hours for us down here in New Zealand were often ‘unsociable’).
The new normal (or the next normal) now challenges us.
Crisis leads to change. Our D&I committees are all looking forward to turning the back end of 2020 into a year where we continue to bring multiple perspectives to our workplace, we celebrate innovative ideas and everyone has a voice.
