Dawn Raid Response Kit

DLA Piper would welcome the opportunity to work with you in relation to the development of a Dawn Raid Response Kit and is available to assist you to respond to any dawn raids should the need arise. The steps involved in the preparation of the Dawn Raid Response Kit will be for:

• DLA Piper to work with you to identify which employees will need to undertake dawn raid training. These employees will include receptionists and other employees who are likely to be the first point of contact with any regulators, the legal and compliance teams, and management level executives.
• DLA Piper to prepare a First Response contact card. This card will list the contact telephone numbers of the DLA Piper team members who will be available to assist across all your locations in the event of a dawn raid occurring.
• DLA Piper to provide initial training to the employees identified above and on an annual basis.
• The identification of employees, the First Response contact card, and the annual training will be provided by DLA Piper to you at no cost.
