In-house counsel join DLA Piper to discuss the future of class actions

Watch our video

We recently gathered clients from 40 companies for a full-day summit where we discussed the latest developments in the rapidly changing global class action litigation market.

We covered topics ranging from the rise of global product liability and class action litigation – including strategies to protect company interests – to the trends that will likely shape the next five years of class action litigation.

Our conversation revealed that class action activity and risk parallel the broader litigation landscape in key areas –among them ESG, data privacy and cybersecurity, the intersection of class actions and products, Superiority Rules Suggestion, and the New York GBL 349/350 Superiority Case. We also delved into geography-specific issues affecting such key areas as the UK, Australia, Germany, Portugal, Canada, and the Netherlands.
