DLA Piper Canada acted for Territory Metals Corp.
Gold79 Mines Ltd. (TSX-V:AUU) (“Gold79”) announced the closing of a going public transaction which included an amalgamation transaction with Territory Metals Corp. (“Territory”), along with a concurrent private placement, name change and continuance. DLA Piper Canada is pleased to have acted as legal advisors to Territory.
Gold79 holds a portfolio of gold assets in southwestern United States.
