DLA Piper Canada advised Nova Royalty on its public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and loan facility with Beedie Capital
On October 1, 2020, Nova Royalty Corp. (“Nova”) (TSXV: NOVR) announced that the common shares of the Company have commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) under the ticker symbol “NOVR”. Nova also announced that it has secured a $15 million financing commitment from Beedie Capital to fund acquisitions of new royalties and streams. DLA Piper Canada advised Nova on both these matters.
Nova is a Vancouver-based royalty company focused on providing investors with exposure to the building blocks of clean energy - copper and nickel.
