DLA Piper Canada advises Tempus Resources on its dual listing on the TSX Venture Exchange

Tempus Resources Ltd (ASX:TMR) (FRA:4W0) will commence trading on the TSX Venture ‎Exchange (“TSX-V”) on Monday, December 7, 2020, under the ticker TMRR.‎ ‎DLA Piper Canada advised Tempus Resources on all matters related to the dual listing on the TSX-V.

Tempus Resources is an Australian exploration company with a primary focus on gold in the Americas, including Canada. Tempus is focussed on rapidly verifying and expanding the historical high grade mineral resource at the ‎Blackdome-Elizabeth Project in British Columbia. Listing on the TSX-V is part of the company’s strategy to open up investment and access North American capital.
