DLA Piper tops Mergermarket's 2020 European Private Equity league tables

For the third consecutive year, DLA Piper has led the legal advisor rankings in Europe for both private equity buyouts and exits by deal volume, according to Mergermarket's 2020 league tables.

The firm acted on 85 private equity buyouts and exits across Europe. DLA Piper secured the top spot by volume for the following categories:

• Europe Private Equity – Buyouts (49 deals) for the third consecutive year
• Europe Private Equity – Exits (36 deals) for the third consecutive year

Over the last three years, DLA Piper has advised on 279 reported private equity deals in Europe.
