DLA Piper strengthens Real Estate offering with leading team hire in Russia
DLA Piper announces the appointment of Marc Bartholomy as senior counsel in its Moscow-based Real Estate practice. Marc joins the firm from Clifford Chance together with a team made up of legal director Nick Diakoumis, senior associate Anna Krutik and associate Alexandra Kuznetsova.
With more than 25 years of experience, Marc’s practice focuses on real estate projects, including acquisitions and disposals, construction and development, financing and leasing. Additionally, he has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of investment projects in Russia and the CIS across a broad range of sectors.
This four-strong Real Estate team, led by Marc, has been widely recognised as a leader in transactional real estate and ranked in Band 1 by Chambers and Tier 1 by Legal 500 since 2016. They join a Real Estate practice of 15 lawyers based in Moscow and St Petersburg.
