DLA Piper tops ranking for Russian M&A

DLA Piper has been recognized as the top ranking legal advisor for M&A deals in Russia for the first time - taking into account both deal volume and value - according to Mergers.ru’s 2020 league tables.

DLA Piper’s Corporate group in Russia regularly advises clients on various corporate law issues concerning their business in Russia and other CIS countries, including mergers and acquisitions, ongoing corporate advisory work, corporate governance matters and internal corporate restructurings.

DLA Piper’s M&A capabilities cover a wide range of sectors and industries.
