DLA Piper Canada welcomes Giovanna Di Sauro
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Giovanna Di Sauro to the firm’s Toronto office as an associate in the Employment and Labour Group.
Giovanna practices in all areas of employment and labour law. Working within both the private and public sectors, she offers strategic advice to employers in areas such as grievance arbitrations, employment contracts and policies, discrimination claims, collective bargaining, workplace harassment, and workplace investigations. Her comprehensive background also includes international matters and advising clients in appellate, judicial review and constitutional law matters.
Giovanna practiced at an Ontario based management-side employment and labour law firm before joining DLA Piper Canada. She has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
