DLA Piper advises OSF Digital on acquisition of Adept Group

Global law firm DLA Piper has advised OSF Digital, leading global commerce and digital transformation company, on the acquisition of Adept Group. The deal marks another milestone achieved in OSF's global expansion and a critical partnership for both B2B and B2C commerce services across Australia and New Zealand.

The wider team included US partner Eric Grossman (Northern Virginia) as well as New Zealand partners Nick Valentine (IPT) and David Johnston (Tax).
