Bryan Connolly named a Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Bryan Connolly, a partner and co-head of the firm’s Boston Real Estate practice, was named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's 2021 Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyers list honoring the top commercial real estate lawyers with a strong record of success in Massachusetts.

According to the publication, Connolly’s “signature accomplishment” involved serving as lead counsel to the international development firm Hines in the acquisition, financing and development of a US$2 billion mixed-use tower and public bus terminal above Boston’s South Station.

In his practice, Connolly focuses on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, land use and zoning. He has represented developers throughout the entire development life cycle, from due diligence, acquisition and permitting through joint venture financing and construction loan financing, to disposition and recapitalization events. He has experience negotiating development agreements and land disposition agreements with private parties and public entities.
