DLA Piper advises LLR Partners in US$70 million investment in Vehicle Tracking Solutions
DLA Piper represented private equity firm LLR Partners in its recent US$70 million investment in Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS), a technology company that provides solutions for fleet-driven organizations.
The capital will be used to help accelerate growth for IntelliShift, a division of VTS, by fueling innovation, expansion in North America and an enhanced focus on the customer experience for digitizing and transforming fleet and safety management.
“We were pleased to bring our market-leading private equity capabilities and extensive experience in the tech sector to facilitate this investment for LLR Partners, which strengthens its impressive portfolio and creates a partnership that will help VTS improve product innovation and provide greater value to customers,” said Eric Grossman, vice chair of DLA Piper’s Private Equity practice and the partner who led the firm’s deal team.
