DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Mackenzie Jordan to the firm’s Toronto office as an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets group.
Mackenzie has a corporate/commercial law practice with a focus on corporate transactions, franchising, and corporate finance. She has successfully assisted clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of various businesses; reorganizations and amalgamations; shareholder agreements; licensing agreements as well as documents that pertain to franchise development.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Mackenzie worked at a Toronto based boutique business law firm.
