DLA Piper advised Webjet on acquisition of Trip Ninja

On November 24, 2021, Webjet Limited (“Webjet”) (ASX: WEB) announced their agreement to acquire ‎Canadian travel technology company Trip Ninja Inc (“Trip Ninja”). DLA Piper acted for Webjet on this ‎transaction.‎

Trip Ninja has developed several key products for traditional and online travel agencies to automate the highly manual process of selling complex international itineraries. Webjet is an ASX 200 listed company operating a digital travel business spanning both wholesale (through B2B) and consumer (through B2C) markets.
