DLA Piper advises AfricInvest in its majority acquisition of the ISGA Group in Morocco
DLA Piper advised AfricInvest, the leading pan-African private equity fund in the context of its acquisition of an 80% stake, alongside Tawhid Chtioui, entrepreneur in the field of higher education, of the capital of the ISGA Group, founder of the one of the oldest private higher schools in Morocco. The partnership takes the form of a significant investment commitment over the next five years to develop the growth of the ISGA Group.
