DLA Piper assists Hatch to bring Allbirds IPO to New Zealand

DLA Piper is pleased to have assisted Hatch to bring Allbirds' initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq to New Zealand retail investors.

The offer into New Zealand by Allbirds is the first utilising an exemption (the Financial Markets Conduct (Recognised Exchanges) Exemption Notice) - which allows the offer to be made in New Zealand using the United States prospectus.
