DLA Piper boosts Corporate practice in Luxembourg with new Counsel hire

DLA Piper has announced that Mélody Brunot will be joining as Counsel in its Corporate practice, based in Luxembourg.

Mélody has significant experience in advising clients on Corporate law matters, with a particular focus on private equity, M&A, joint-ventures and restructuring operations, both local and cross-border. She regularly advises private equity firms, institutional investors, large corporates and start-ups.

Mélody joins DLA Piper from CMS, where she spent the last four years. Prior to that, Mélody worked for Linklaters as a Corporate Lawyer. She is also the co-founder of the King’s College London Alumni Association of Luxembourg and an active mentor at Refugee Younth Support & Empowerment (RYSE Asbl).
