DLA Piper recognized as a top law firm for client service in BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 report
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year it has received the second-highest ranking for law firm client service in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 report. This marks the 13th year that DLA Piper has been recognized in the report.
DLA Piper was one of only five firms to earn a “Best of the Best” recognition in the “commitment to help” category – the single most influential factor in evaluating client service performance, according to BTI.
The firm was ranked “Best of the Best” by BTI in 10 of the 17 categories the organization uses to define superior client service. In addition to commitment to help, these categories include client focus, understanding the client’s business, legal skills, meeting a core scope, keeping clients informed, dealing with unexpected changes, handling problems, advising on business issues and unprompted communication. DLA Piper was named a “Leader” in the remaining seven categories, which include dealing with complexity, providing practical solutions, fielding the absolute best team, providing value for the dollar, offering quality products, anticipating the client’s needs and taking an innovative approach.
For the sixth consecutive year, DLA Piper was also included on the BTI Client Service 30 list, which names the top 30 firms out of the 650 total firms serving large and Fortune 1000 clients.
“We are proud to be recognized once again for the high level of service that our lawyers provide on a daily basis. Our forward-looking, collaborative approach enables us to guide clients through both opportunities and risk and ensure that they are in the best position to achieve their business goals,” said Frank Ryan, DLA Piper's Americas chair.
