DLA Piper Canada congratulates Nova Royalty for TSXV market opening

On June 16, 2022, Nova Royalty Corp. (“Nova”) (TSXV: NOVR) celebrated the company’s listing on the TSX Venture Exchange by opening the market.‎ Partner Ruby Chan attended the market opening alongside Alex Tsukernik, President & Chief Executive Officer and Brett Heath, Chairman of Nova and Dean McPherson, Head, Global Mining Business Development, Toronto Stock Exchange.

Nova is a Vancouver-based royalty company focused on providing investors with exposure to the building blocks of clean energy - ‎copper and nickel.

DLA Piper Canada assisted Nova with its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange‎ with a team led by Denis Silva. Previously, we assisted Nova on its acquisition of the Aranzazu copper-gold-silver mine, $25 million at-the-market equity program, royalty purchase agreement for the Vizcachitas project and $28 ‎million loan facility with Beedie Capital, in addition to a number of other transactions instrumental to its growth.
