DLA Piper partner Oksana Koltko Rosaluk recognized as a restructuring industry rising star by INSOL
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that partner Oksana Koltko Rosaluk has been recognized as a rising star in the insolvency and restructuring industry by INSOL International, a worldwide federation of national associations for accountants and lawyers who handle turnaround and insolvency work.
The Young Practitioner Spotlight recognition was featured in the INSOL World journal as part of INSOL’s 40th anniversary celebration and highlights young talent in the restructuring industry from around the globe who were nominated by peers and colleagues for their notable work and dedication.
In her practice, Koltko Rosaluk handles all aspects of in-court company reorganizations, out-of-court corporate restructurings, asset sales, structured wind-downs and liquidations, both in the United States and offshore, as well as across sectors and industries. A significant focus of her practice is cross-border restructurings, including chapter 15 representations of foreign debtors.
Koltko Rosaluk was also a 2017 recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Inaugural 40 Under 40 Award.
