DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Scott Clark as an associate to the Infrastructure and Projects group in our Toronto office.

Scott has a practice focused on infrastructure and projects, with experience in commercial strategy, procurement, insurance and privacy law. He has worked alongside central government and broader public sector partners to deliver critical infrastructure and commercial strategy projects. Scott has experience managing all legal issues on active direct delivery and public-private partnership projects including developing procurement and contract documents, managing conflict of interest matters, overseeing external legal counsel, preparing submittals for government approvals/commitments and researching specific issues and approaches for each project.
