DLA Piper advises Renters.pl on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Rent Like Home

Law firm DLA Piper has advised Renters.pl on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Rent Like Home and Rent Like Home Zachodniopomorskie.

Renters.pl is a nationwide operator of short-term rental apartments, serving both individual clients and institutional property owners looking to generate higher rental income. The company, in partnership with the Enterprise Investors fund (the fund's investment has received antitrust approval, but has not yet been finalised), has begun consolidating the Polish short-term rental apartment market. It expanded its portfolio of more than 2,000 units by 500 units in Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk, Zakopane, Wrocław and Międzyzdroje, which belonged to Rent Like Home and Rent Like Home Zachodniopomorskie.
