On June 12, 2023, Townline Ventures (“Townline”) announced that it had closed the $30 million sale of ‎‎50 percent of its interest in the Meridian, Coquitlam, to Nicola Wealth Management. DLA Piper Canada ‎advised Townline in this transaction.‎
