DLA Piper Canada welcomes Harrison Clark

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Harrison Clark to the firm’s Edmonton office as an associate in the Corporate Group. Harrison has a corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on commercial ‎real estate, private mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial matters.

Harrison has acted for buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of assets and businesses, has experience in tax efficient reorganizations, joint ventures and other general commercial arrangements and has acted in a wide range of commercial real estate and real property matters, including complex conveyancing of real property, financings, commercial leases and real property ‎contracts and all other real property issues including due diligence and analysis. ‎Harrison also has experience with syndicated and bilateral financings, intercreditor arrangements and ‎facilitating all other secured transactions and financial service needs for borrowers and lenders.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Harrison practised at a prominent Canadian business law firm.
