DLA Piper Canada welcomes associates Peter Hill, Brendan Wu and Kassidy Doherty

We are pleased to welcome Peter Hill, Brendan Wu and Kassidy Doherty to our Toronto office as associates in our Real Estate practice. ‎

Peter practises primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law.‎ Peter is a graduate of the dual JD/MBA program at Western Law and Ivey Business School, where he ‎completed the Business Law Area of Concentration.‎

Brendan practises primarily in the areas of commercial real estate law and mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. ‎Brendan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and ‎Bachelor of Business Administration ‎from the Schulich School of Business at York University. While in ‎law school, he was a Deans Legal Research and Writing Fellow and a Teaching Assistant for Principles of ‎Legal Research, and Introduction ‎to Public and Constitutional Law.

Kassidy practises primarily in the areas of real estate, and corporate and commercial law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. While at law school, Kassidy was a Dean’s Fellow and the student representative on the Faculty’s Hiring Committee. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Science (Genomics) from the University of Ottawa. ‎
