Statement from DLA Piper in Spain
The partners of the Madrid office of DLA Piper, from the strictest political neutrality, wish to express our opposition to any act that could jeopardize judicial independence and the separation of powers, fundamental pillars of the rule of law, of democratic coexistence and of our Constitution. We therefore adhere to the institutional declaration of the Governing Board of the Madrid Bar Association dated 9 November 2023.
