Jennifer Cleall K.C. appointed Co-Chair of the Corporate group
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is thrilled to announce that Jennifer Cleall K.C. has been appointed Co-Chair of the Corporate group. Jennifer practises business law with an emphasis on corporate/commercial and real estate matters. She has more than two decades of experience providing domestic and global strategic advice to clients in industries such as real estate development, civil construction, climate change, manufacturing and heavy industry, transportation, and waste management.
Jennifer has held several positions in the firm, including the Partnership Advisory Committee and as one of the Canadian liaisons to the Steering Committee for DLA Piper’s Leadership for the Alliance of Woman. Jennifer sits on the Board of Governors of Norquest College and is a member of the Judicial Advisory Committee, a federal committee which is responsible for assessing the qualifications of candidates for Alberta King’s Bench. Jennifer has been recognized by prestigious legal ranking guides including Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Legal 500, Lexpert Rising Stars, Leading Lawyers Under 40 and Lexpert: Corporate Lawyers to watch.
