DLA Piper advises Sefrioui Group on the acquisition of Afric-Phar Group

DLA Piper has advised the Sefrioui Group, one of Morocco's leading conglomerates, on the acquisition of Afric-Phar, a leading Moroccan pharmaceutical company.

Afric-Phar is one of Morocco's leading pharmaceutical businesses, manufacturing, importing, and distributing pharmaceutical goods.
