DLA Piper advises ATG Entertainment on the acquisition of SOM Produce

DLA Piper has advised ATG Entertainment, a leading live entertainment organization owned by Providence Equity Partners, on the acquisition of SOM Produce, one of the largest national theatrical producers, operators and distributors.

The DLA Piper team has provided legal advice on real estate and urban planning matters. The transaction has been led by José María Oliva, partner of the Real Estate department, together with associate Natalia Ruigómez.
