DLA Piper advises Hidden Level in securing US$100 million in Series B and C financing
DLA Piper advised Hidden Level, a leader in passive radar and radio frequency sensing technology, in securing US$100 million across Series B and C funding rounds. The US$65 million in Series C was led by DFJ Growth, following up on the US$35 million Series B raised just six months earlier.
The raised capital will allow Hidden Level to expand manufacturing capabilities and invest in strategic hiring to support growing demand. Additionally, the company plans to accelerate the deployment of its detection systems across high-priority areas, including military bases, government agencies, and critical infrastructure sites.
In addition to Imri Eisner (New York), the DLA Piper team included Maria Schwartz, Charlize Morgan, and Bethany Weitzman (all New York).
