DLA Piper advises Lindsay Australia Limited on AUD108.2 million acquisition of SRT Logistics

DLA Piper advised the integrated transport logistics and rural supply company Lindsay Australia Limited (ASX: LAU), on its AUD108.2 million acquisition of 100% of SRT Logistics.

Hobart-headquartered SRT Logistics is Tasmania’s largest provider of refrigerated supply chain solutions, servicing the inbound and outbound horticultural, wholesale, and retail food industries.

The acquisition represents a significant step in Lindsay Australia’s expansion strategy, providing a strong foothold in the Tasmanian refrigerated logistics market. SRT’s established operations and reputation align well with Lindsay’s national network and long-term growth objectives.
