DLA Piper Puerto Rico office relocates to new space

DLA Piper has relocated its San Juan office to the T-Mobile Building, located in the heart of the San Patricio commercial district.

The move marks a milestone for DLA Piper, which opened its San Juan office a decade ago in the Ochoa Building in Old San Juan. Since then, DLA Piper has advised on some of the most complex matters on the island, including high-profile disputes, major transactions, and matters central to its economic transformation.

“This move represents far more than a change of address,” said Francisco Cerezo, Chair of the firm’s US-Latin America practice. “It is a commitment to creating a comfortable, efficient, and elevated environment for our clients and colleagues – one that matches the caliber of service and counsel we provide.”

“Being part of the San Patricio neighborhood allows us to connect to a vibrant and growing corporate community, in a location featuring modern work areas equipped with high-end technology and extended services,” said Miriam De L. Figueroa, Managing Partner of the firm’s San Juan office. “We are excited to welcome clients and colleagues into a space that reflects the nature and impact of our work and caters to the preferences and needs of our visitors and our team.”

DLA Piper’s San Juan office handles a full range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, real estate, environmental, tax planning, regulatory compliance, white collar defense and investigations, litigation, and labor and employment law, among others.
