Amy Farber focuses in the area of commercial leasing, with extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in office and retail lease negotiations, with particular experience representing supermarkets, and ongoing lease administration. Amy is also experienced in all aspects of lease related due diligence in connection with real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Amy has experience with real estate financing, conveyancing and leasing representing borrowers, sellers, landlords and tenants and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including having  negotiated some of the signs that light up New York's Times Square.
