Irene Ávila

Irene is senior associate at the Litigation and Regulatory Department in DLA Piper Spain. She specialises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has been involved in advising and directing the defence strategy, both pre-litigation and litigation, in a wide variety of proceedings before courts and arbitration courts, such as the CEA.

Irene has experience in conducting proceedings of contractual Law, audiovisual law, unfair competition, antitrust damages claims, construction law, horizontal property law or banking law.
