About

Aurora Temple Barnes is a litigator and appellate attorney who represents clients in complex commercial litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. Aurora is skilled in evaluating complex legal issues to develop litigation strategies that advance her clients' immediate and long-term goals. She develops a deep understanding of a client's business and priorities to find creative solutions that help mitigate risk from a business and legal perspective.

Aurora also incorporates her appellate experience into her litigation practice ensuring that while she is litigating cases before the trial court, she's also positioning them for appeal. She has the unique ability to then take those cases up on appeal, having argued before federal and state courts of appeals, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Texas Court of Appeals.
