Daniela Bernui

Daniela Bernui advises insurers, brokers, adjusters and policyholders on claims and disputes over policy interpretation, coverage and exclusions.

Her work centers on civil liability, property and construction policies, and spans both claims advice and the Peruvian regulatory framework governing brokers, reinsurers and adjusters. Daniela pairs that practice with postgraduate training in insurance law completed in Argentina.

She also helps design and run defense strategies in arbitrations before the Arbitration Centre of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, and advises regularly on public procurement, both at the contracting stage and in disputes with State entities.
