Veronica Bertocci is a criminal lawyer with a strong expertise in criminal litigations matters and corporate compliance according to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Veronica Bertocci provides legal assistance to Italian and international clients regarding crimes against the Public Administration, environmental crimes, town planning crimes, tax crimes, cybercrimes, in relation to IP, Health and Safety in the Workplace, malfunctioning product issues and liability, to the discipline of administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and to all the corporate crimes.

Veronica has also strong professional skills in corporate compliance assisting national and international companies to implement compliance programs according to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Veronica has also experience in criminal internal investigations, assisting national and multinational clients in identifying and managing critical issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Veronica is Chairman of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
