She advises banks, investment firms and funds, financial services providers as well as Fin Tech and other financial institutions on many different aspects of Dutch and European financial regulatory rules and regulations. This includes advice regarding license applications and notifications, AML and KYC requirements, prudential and market conduct supervision.
