Marta Borówka advises on individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on employment litigation.

She supports clients in workplace management matters, including the strategic employment and termination of managerial staff, complex restructuring processes, particularly where negotiations with trade unions are required, and the design and implementation of internal regulations, procedures, and policies that shape day-to-day operations.

She also assists clients in conducting internal investigations into employment-related matters, such as discrimination and workplace bullying, and represents clients in court proceedings concerning such matters.

Marta has specific experience and know-how in areas where emerging technologies are increasingly intersecting with employment law, in particular in the use of artificial intelligence in HR processes – including recruitment, workplace management, and organisational restructuring.

  • Advising a manufacturing-sector client in an internal investigation concerning allegations of workplace bullying and discrimination.
  • Advising a food-sector client on the deployment of AI-driven recruitment tools.
