Elizabeth Bradley has more than 20 years experience in banking and finance law, advising clients in structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring a range of financing transactions.

She acts for leading domestic and global financial institutions, alternative lenders, major corporates, private equity funds and limited partnerships across a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. These include real estate financing (investment and development), acquisition and leveraged finance, project finance and fund financing, through bilateral and syndicated deals.

Elizabeth also advises on loan portfolio sales, acting for purchasers, vendors and servicers. Elizabeth has been ranked by Chambers Global, IFLR 1000 and The Legal 500 and has been recognised as a IFLR1000 Women Leader.

  • Acted for the senior lenders in the financing, refinancing and restructuring of a portfolio of Irish retail parks.
  • Acted for the senior lenders in the financing, refinancing and sale of one of Ireland's largest shopping centres.
  • Acted for the lenders in the financing of the acquisition and development of a portfolio of nursing homes.
  • Acted for the borrower in the financing of a development of commercial offices involving senior and mezzanine financing and the refinancing of same as investment facilities.
  • Acted for the agent and syndicate of lenders in connection with subscription line facilities to Irish limited liability partnerships.
  • Acted for the syndicate of lenders in connection with subscription line and nav facilities to a borrower group including ICAVs and Unit Trusts.
