Jamie Brensilber

Jamie Brensilber focuses her practice in the area of litigation and investigations.

Jamie assists multinational corporations with global investigations related to a variety of matters including criminal investigations and civil inquiries conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She also helps clients in connection with alleged violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and insider trading regulations. Jamie has represented clients in complex commercial litigations in jurisdictions across the U.S and has assisted clients in commercial arbitrations and the enforcement of arbitral awards. She has also assisted in defending a museum in claims against its artwork.
