Daniel Brown-Sáenz is an attorney in the firm's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups, where he brings over a decade of experience in civil litigation and labor disputes. Daniel's practice focuses on representing clients across a diverse spectrum of matters, including commercial litigation, contractual disputes, damages and arbitration. He has represented clients of the firm before Puerto Rico Courts, Federal Courts and administrative agencies. He also has experience managing and helping clients navigate extraordinary proceedings such as preliminary and permanent injunctions.

Before joining the firm, Daniel spent 12 years in private practice at other firms, managing labor disputes at every level. His practice in employment spans unjust dismissal, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, workplace accidents and health and safety investigations, failure to accommodate claims, and other complex employment matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Daniel serves as an advisor to businesses, offering counsel on labor and employment issues, contract negotiations and compliance. He has experience drafting commercial and employment contracts, crafting policies and handbooks, and designing internal processes to support operational efficiency. Employers regularly rely on Daniel's guidance for managing employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and conducting internal and government facing investigations as to employment related issues.
